Before You Arrive
Once a home is assigned to you, you will receive an assignment letter with your new home address and move-in date. You can then schedule a move-in orientation with a Resident Specialist, who will walk you through important community policies and guidelines to help make your living experience with us an enjoyable one.
Please call the Community Management Office to schedule your move-in orientation and visit the Plan Your Move page for moving tips.
Once you have arrived and checked in with your command, remember to schedule a time with the Community Management Office to sign your leasing paperwork. Bring a copy of your stamped orders, and allow 45-60 minutes to review and sign all required documentation.
Note: If someone else will be signing on your behalf, a Special Power of Attorney must be present to authorize the person signing.
Accepted forms of payment include:
- Personal Check
- Certified fund (cashier's check, money order, or bank draft).
The allotment can only start on the 1st of every month, and will be withdrawn on the last business day of that month. First month's rent will be prorated and is due upon move-in.
