Neighborhoods
NAVSTA Newport Homes is comprised of six neighborhoods and serves Active Duty military personnel stationed at Naval Station Newport. Select homes are available for qualified military retirees, DOD civilians and members of the general public. We invite you to explore the NAVSTA Newport Homes neighborhoods and learn more about the various home styles and features available in each area.
Coasters Harbor Island

Coasters Harbor Island offers a variety of unique three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom homes featuring abundant historic charm and details such as fireplaces and spacious porches.
